Dear General Counsel Reed -

I’m glad to read in your letter to the Senate that the UO Administration is finally dropping its attempts to get a court opinion that would prevent faculty from using the Equal Pay Act to go to court to get equal pay.

I marvel at the line saying

"As this pertains to ongoing litigation, neither I nor other members of the president’s senior staff will engage in the discussion of the resolution during the senate meeting.”

followed as it is by 5 pages discussing the resolution.
