[Uopatos] July LSG meeting notes

Buenas Tardes LSG, 

Here are the notes from our abbreviated (and exciting - we succeeded in keeping half an eye on the game aaaaand discussing all the items on our agenda - wow!) July meeting that took place earlier today.

As usual I have highlighted the action items (yellow) and the folks with “homework” (light blue).

There was ongoing discussion of the final item when I had to take my leave, so please know those notes may be incomplete.
