I wanted to share Career Center up dates:

*         Contact smatta at uoregon.edu<mailto:smatta at uoregon.edu> if you have employer contacts that are in diverse industries (Tech, Creative, Art etc.) My goal is to look to outreach to employers to have them participate more and engage more with our students in Diversity Career Symposium (Feb 13th)

*         Peer Advising will be a the Career Center Nov. 1 (Peer to Peer career coaching 6- new students)

*         Do you have students or student organizations that want/need a career center member to lead a workshop? Please use this link to request a career center counselor to facilitate a workshop:  https://career.uoregon.edu/workshops

*         New Director -hopefully by Nov/Dec. Final candidate selections happening in 2 weeks.

*         I will also be career advising this year beginning Oct. 4th Weds 10-12-please feel free to send students my way! (they can also sign up online -see link below)
