[Uopatos] Latinx Male Student Alliance Kickoff Event, Tuesday, 14, from 4:30-6 pm, in 119 Lokey Education Building

To support Latinx male students in their UO college experience, The Division of Equity and Inclusion is kicking off a Latinx Male Student Alliance. In tandem with student leadership, the newly created group will provide academic, cultural, social, leadership development, and personal support for UO undergraduate Latinx male students.  To this end, we invite you to participate in the kick-off event.

Compadreando con Lideres Latinx—Networking with Latinx Leaders
Tuesday, November 14, from 4:30 to 6 pm
119 Lokey Education Building
Refreshments will be served

As a networking event, we are hoping that faculty/staff and community leaders share their experiences in navigating higher education, career/professional development, education/teaching, and community leadership. This initial interaction can also provide guidance and direction towards defining the purposes, mission, and objectives of the alliance. Please consider participating in our kick-off event.
