The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Ducks Taking Flight-How Departments Can Help Prepare UO Students for Travel: Please join the Travel Office for a break down of student business travel and scholarship travel, how to pay for certain student travel expenses, and how to reimburse UO students for travel expenses they incur.  We will share tips for supporting students when they are traveling in connection with the UO and answer your questions. Topics include:

  *   Identifying the different roles students have on campus and how these roles may inform how their travel is planned and processed
  *   Review IRS Accountable Plan, which allows business travel expenses to be reimbursed as non-tax reportable payments, and why this matters with student travel
  *   Look at different methods for paying for student travel expenses
  *   Student Group Travel
  *   Go over some common issues with student travel and how to prevent them
  *   Provide tips for preparing students for their trip
  *   Your tips and questions
