Concur Monthly Roundtable

The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.
Date: Wednesday, August 6th, 2025    Time: 11:00 AM to Noon
Before we know it students will be back on campus for Fall Term and a busy academic year will have begun anew! Now is a great time to think about systems, communication, and training you can implement in your department to guide travelers and help them prepare for a smooth travel and expense report experience. Please join the Travel Office for a discussion on and sampling of templates and lists you can use to ensure every detail is accounted for.

*       Business Activity Logs-Why they are important and a simple template to get travelers on their way
*       Group Travel Planning-What are the questions you need to ask to effectively manage a group trip?
*       Onboarding and Offboarding check lists-The foundation for efficiency
*       Report creation check list-A guide to creating a complete and well documented expense report that will fly through approvals
*       Travel Agency Communication Template-A guide to communication and making sure the traveler, delegate, and Travel Agent have "boarded the same plane"
