Monthly Travel/Concur Roundtable

The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Date: Wednesday, May 7th, 2025  **  Time: 11:00 AM to Noon

Fiscal Year End 2025! It is that time of year again! The countdown to the end of Fiscal Year 25 is upon us. Please join the Travel Office for our monthly Concur/Travel Roundtable where we will bring information about fiscal year end processes. We will offer a refresher on the accounting transactions that take place between Concur and Banner, provide an overview of the end of year accrual processes, and update you on important deadlines.

Specific topics include:

*       Concur into Banner-a review of the invoice (C-documents) and journal voucher documents
*       Fiscal year end procedures and timeline
*       Helpful reporting tools for departments to clear out old expense reports and card transactions
*       A review of the accrual process and what to expect as we transition into the new fiscal year
*       Q and A
