The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Topic:  Comparison Airfare Quote Conundrum? Are you or a traveler you support traveling for UO business and choosing to add personal travel onto the trip? Great, that sounds like fun! You are going to need a business comparison airfare quote. Not sure where to start or need a refresher on this topic? We are here to help. Please join the Travel Office staff as we explore what a business airfare comparison quote is, when you need one, and how you get one.

Topics include:


  *   Review of Travel Policy for combined business and personal trips
  *   Go over when and why airfare comparison quotes are necessary for combined business and personal travel
  *   Demonstrate the process of gathering a quote from either the UO contracted travel agents or the Concur booking tool
  *   Provide tips for preparing the appropriate comparison quote
  *   Demonstrate where to attach your airfare comparison quote documentation in Concur
  *   Q&A (There will probably be many questions!)
