Monthly Concur Roundtable

The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Topic:  Departmental Moving Policy and Procedures with Joy Germack Starting a new job and moving to a new city can be both exciting and stressful and the process of relocating to a UO campus location is one of the first interactions a new employee has with various departments on campus. The UO wants to make the relocation payment process as smooth as possible for new employees and put our best foot forward as we welcome new hires to the university community. With these goals in mind, the UO has adopted a revised moving policy and procedure. Please join the Travel Office and Joy Germack, Business Affairs Office Senior Tax Analyst, for a discussion on the current moving payment procedures.
