travelnews: IRS Announces 2020 Mileage reimbursement rate

Good Afternoon UO Travelers and Delegates:

The IRS has posted the 2020 mileages rates https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-issues-standard-mileage-rates-for-2020<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-issues-standard-mileage-rates-for-2020__;!!C5qS4YX3!T8_yyxnQikzvMu6kfub0vz4okQrsa3dhMRyMCnIEAFvl1DBKdg6mKPU5eKr7BlkfEwg$> . The mileage rate is 57.5 cents per mile driven for business use, down one half of a cent from the rate for 2019.

We have updated Concur to reflect this change for all 2020 mileage reimbursements.
