It requires a masters or doctorate degree, good interpersonal and management skills. It may be a good fit for a recent graduate of your program. We know that the .65 FTE may be attractive to some folks and unattractive to others.  We can negotiate with an interested qualified candidate to add an instructor component to the job. So there are possibilities of making it full time during the academic year for someone who has the skills and is interested in more time.

As the Interim School Head, I am very invested in identifying and hiring an excellent person to fill this key position.  We have a great team.
