The OSU Extension SNAP-Ed Program is hiring a bilingual (Spanish language) educator to work with our team in Lane County.  We are seeking an individual with a passion for community health and education. This position may include teaching to audiences that range from pre-kindergarten to adults, so adaptability and enthusiasm are key!  Our programs are designed to empower the SNAP-eligible audience to establish healthy eating habits and physically active lifestyles through learner-centered cooking, nutrition, and activity classes. SNAP-Ed is federally-funded. A portion of this position will be funded and coordinated by our partners at FOOD For Lane County.

This is a classified, .95 FTE position (approx. 38 hours/week) based out of our Eugene office.  The job will be posted until April 15 with a start date in the late spring.
