Assistant Professor, Psychology, Oregon State University
The School of Psychological Science at Oregon State University invites applications for 1 full-time (1.0 FTE), 9-month, tenure track Assistant Professor position to begin September 16, 2021. Expected duties include teaching and mentoring undergraduate and doctoral students, conducting programmatic research, and providing appropriate service to the School, College, University, and profession. The School has particular interest in individuals who can teach courses in addiction, abnormal psychology, or clinical research methods. Therefore, a PhD in clinical psychology is preferred but not required. Teaching of health disparities, behavioral neuroscience, or psychopharmacology also is desirable. Additionally, given currently available facilities, candidates who conduct laboratory research on smoking or alcohol administration are preferred.
