Hi All,

My apologies for the second email.  In the text of the email I sent earlier regarding pre-authorization for classes, I listed cpsy at uoregon.eduas the address to reply.  That was a mistake.  Please send your requests for help registering for classes to prevsci at uoregon.edu.

Here's the table again, in case you need the information.  Let me know if you have questions.

Last  Name      First Name      ID #    Course prefix & No. (e.g. CPSY 601)     Course title    CRN     Instructor's Name     and permission granted?   Title of Research or Reading class
