[Prevscilist] Registration and Pre-authorization for Spring Term

Hello All,



I apologize first, for sending this email out to the enitre Prevention Science listserv, but I am unable to get the student listserv to work right now.  I have been promised help with it early next week.



Monday, February 24th, is the first day to register for Spring Term classes.  Last term, the table below that I sent out requesting all the required information for pre-authorization of classes seemed to work well, so I’m going to use it again.  Please fill out the form and include all the information for each of your classes, and return to  cpsy at uoregon.edu<mailto:cpsy at uoregon.edu>.  If you are taking any type of Independent Study class, i.e., Research, Dissertation, Reading and even Supervised College Teaching, I have to have the instructor’s name, otherwise you won’t receive a grade.  Then it’s very helpful if you give me the title of the class for Research or Reading.  If I don’t have the title, your transcript will just say “Research”, without the defining title of your work.
