This event is through the UO’s Women in Graduate Science group. Membership dues are very reasonable – just $5 for UO students/postdocs/staff and $25 for faculty/professional/administration.

UOWGS has a workshop coming up next Thursday (March 14th) to help you work on communicating your science! The workshop will be with Mark Blaine, who is an award-winning writer, investigative reporter, and editor. His workshop will help graduate students effectively communicate their science to a wide range of audiences. This workshop will prepare attendees for the following networking workshop event. The workshop will be from 5-7 pm in the Lease Crutcher Lewis Room (EMU 236). Dinner will be provided!
