New update from the COE communications office (Feb 13, 7:15 pm) - "the 
old website _*will continue*_ to be accessible until February 18^th 
_*2020*_ from anywhere on campus, even on wireless. It will also be 
accessible off-campus if the user is connected via VPN (everyone with a 
DuckID has VPN access)."
