<p><font face="Calibri">Dear PREV students,</font></p>
<p><font face="Calibri">The new COE website officially launches on
Feb 18 (Mon) - you will no longer have access to the old
website starting Feb 18. The new website is geared towards
prospective applicants and in its initial launch will include
very minimal information. Even when fully set-up, the new
website will not contain most of the documents needed by
current students (e.g., program plans, handbooks from previous
cohorts). These materials will be uploaded on an internal
website - prevsci.uoregon.edu. Access to this internal website
is currently blocked and should become available on Feb 18. <br>
</font></p>
<p>I <u><b>strongly recommend</b></u> that you download and save
the documents that you regularly access on the current website
(e.g., your cohort-specific program plan, handbook, and any
other forms you might need in the coming few months) <b>before
Feb 18</b>. <br>
</p>
<p>We are working on uploading all the documents relevant to
current students on to the internal website
"prevsci.uoregon.edu", which you should be able to access
starting Feb 18. After Feb 18, if you need documents that have
not yet been uploaded on the internal website, you will have to
send an email request to Danette (<a
class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated"
href="mailto:prevsci@uoregon.edu" moz-do-not-send="true">prevsci@uoregon.edu</a>).</p>
<p>Please bear with us for the next few weeks as we work on
developing the new website and uploading documents relevant for
current students on the internal website. Please note that this
is a college-level endeavor and the program has little control
over the timing and process. We will do our best to make this
transition as smooth as possible for you all. Please feel free
to contact me if you have any questions. </p>
<p>Best,<br>
