[Prevscilist] GE positions within CPHS

Dear Students,

Several of you have written to me asking where to upload/enter your "statement of qualification for position" in the COE GE application.  This statement is listed as required application element and must be entered into the text box within the application that asks you to describe your qualifications (see attached screen shot).  There should be a SEPARATE text box for EACH position you are applying to, and you must enter your qualifications (editing the information to match a given position) in EACH space (i.e., you can't just list your qualification for one position and assume it will transfer over to the two other positions, if you are applying for two positions or all three).

Please note, there is no word/character restriction, so you can type more information than will immediately fit in the text box-it will scroll down as you type more.

Amy Green, who is coordinating the applications, noted that this info is potentially missing for all students who've applied to date.  When she pulled the report, the qualifications column was empty for all applicants.  Amy stressed that the only items you should attach are a CV and transcripts.  If you uploaded your statement of qualification along with your CV and transcripts, please go back into your application and enter your qualifications in the text box(es) indicated.  If you feel you entered the information where indicated-don't panic-it may be that there is a problem with Amy's report; we are working on that angle as well.  However, given the questions I've received from students, I suspect at least some folks did not enter the information where it is needed.

As a reminder, for maximum consideration for the three positions listed below, please ensure your application is complete by no later than March 12.
