payroll: March Time Entry - REOPENED

[BAO Payroll Office News]

The March time entry window has been reopened. You may enter and edit time records until 5pm on March 27th.

If you are using PWPMASS or PWPTUPL_HOURLY, you will need to upload your files via GWBLOAD again before running those jobs.
