payroll: The 2018 Form W-4 and IRS Withholding Calculator are now available

The IRS has just published the 2018 Form W-4 and their new Withholding Calculator.  The Banner Guide and all the hire packets have been updated with the new form.  The form itself doesn't look much different but the worksheets individuals use to determine their allowances are quite different.  An email will be going out tomorrow to all of the UO's current employees letting them know that these are now available.  Employees can use the calculator in conjunction with the provided W-4 worksheets to determine what they should be claiming on their Form W-4.
