payroll: 2017 Annual Renewal Process for International Employees

Annual Renewal Process:

Emails notifying international employees of the annual renewal process for tax-related payroll forms for calendar year 2017 were sent out near the end of November. The emails differed based on employee's country of residence and their affiliation with UO. This information is required to determine proper tax status for 2017.

The forms and documents are due in the Payroll Office by Monday, January 9, 2017.

In order to better assist employees with questions as they complete the forms, you may read the instructions and the specific emails on the Business Affairs Website at: https://ba.uoregon.edu/content/annual-renewal.
