payroll: Correction to FAQs on Salary Step Reductions and Rollback

Good Morning,

Oops!  We've caught a mistake.  #1 has been fixed and clarified (see the highlighted pieces) and the FAQs updated (see attached).


  1.  Jane was promoted in December 2010. Jane received a six-month probation increase on July 1, 2011, her new SED (six months following her promotion). Jane's July 1, 2012 increase was delayed until January 1, 2013 per the 2011 - 2013 CBA.  What should Jane expect?

*         The July 1, 2013 increase was rolled back effective November 1, 2013
*         If additional funding from the Legislature is not approved, Jane will receive her step increase on November 1, 2014
*         If additional funding from the Legislature is approved, Jane's July 1, 2013 step will be restored retroactively.
