payroll: SED Step Increases Updated in Banner for July Time Entry

[BAO Payroll Office News]

The employee pay records in Banner have been updated with the current salary / hourly rates for the following two groups:

Group 1 - Classified Employees whose SED is between January 1, 2013 through June 1, 2013 receive their step increase on June 30, 2013.

[*]      The Payroll Office will be sending out a spreadsheet with time entry instructions to departments shortly today.  The spreadsheet contains names of the affected employees.

Group 2 - Employees with SED of July 1, 2013 will get their regular step increase on July 1, 2013.

[*]      No Spreadsheet will be sent for this group.

Please run the "Roster - Classified / Temp" report from PWIPAYR, Spreadsheet File format for Pay Number 7 (July) for updated rates.
