payroll: ORP - Optional Retirement Plan Employer Contribution Rates change

[BAO Payroll Office News]

The Payroll Office just received information on the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) Employer contribution Rates change, effective July 1, 2013, related to Senate Bill 822.

Here are the rates by Tier:


*        Tier 1 / Tier 2, General Service, from 16.14% to 16.50%

*        Tier 3, General Service, from 6.21% to 6.42%

Today's HRIS Meeting Notes have been updated.  The PERS Rates change is also related to the SB 822.
