payroll: Direct Deposit - Manual Check Requests

[BAO Payroll Office News]

Manual Check Requests received on December 28th and 31st cannot be processed for Direct Deposit due to calendar year-end. MCRs received will be processed for pickup here in the Payroll Office. If Direct Deposit is absolutely necessary it can be processed on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 and will be in the employee's bank account on Friday, January 4, 2013.  Any wages processed and received by the employees in 2013 will not appear on their 2012 W-2s.
