mriconvert: converting structural

Hi Jolinda,

I'm converting DICOM structural to FSL NifTi using MRIConvert version 
2.0 rev.150.
In the option, "Save each series ..." is checked, but "Save multivolume 
series..." is unchecked.

When conversion is done, 2 .nii files are generated, one with  "_1" 
attached just before the .nii extension, and the other one without "_1".

The one without seems to contain 2D, not 3D, image. Is there any reason 
why such file is generated? Could it be an indication that I didn't set 
the option correctly? More importantly, is the 3D file with "_1" 
converted OK? (It certainly looks OK to me.)
