mriconvert: Latest release, version 2.0.6

I would like to announce the latest release of MRIConvert, version 
2.0.6, is now available on the web site. Downloads for all support 
platforms, with the exception of Redhat/CentOS 64-bit, are now 
available. Also available is the source code, complete with a CMake file 
to make the build straightforward. My CentOS 64-bit installation is 
playing up a bit, so once I get that fixed I will push out the 
MRIConvert binary for that platform as well.

This release contains primarily bug fixes, but also includes the 
beginning of support for Unicode in file and directory names, and in 
DICOM elements.
