mriconvert: New release of MRIConvert, version 2.0.6

I have finished testing two distributions of MRIConvert, Debian/Ubuntu 
32-bit and OS X. Please visit the MRIConvert web site for the downloads:

http://lcni.uoregon.edu/~jolinda/MRIConvert/

This is primarily a bug-fix release, though a new feature is the 
beginning of support for Unicode character sets. I have yet to update 
the revision history, and other distributions are still in testing. I 
anticipate having most completed by end of day tomorrow.
