RAP Go-Live, Training availability

Good afternoon everyone,

Today we are officially launching Research Administration Portal (RAP)! The website for access is: https://iacuc.rap.uoregon.edu/. Information on RAP, including training videos, can be found here<https://research.uoregon.edu/manage/research-integrity-compliance/animal-research/animal-welfare-servicesiacuc>.

I will be offering open office hours this week on Tuesday 10/25, Thursday 10/27, and Friday 10/28. I am available virtually or in person 9am-5pm. Please contact me to set up a time or come by the Streisinger Atrium. Formal training will be scheduled for next week (dates TBD). If you are unable to make my office hours or would prefer formal training, please let me know if there is a day/time that works best for you, and we will schedule accordingly.

Each of your protocols will have an open amendment. These may be reviewed at your convenience. If all items appear correctly transferred, you may submit the amendment for congruency review and approval. Please refrain from adding amendments other than administrative changes to the open amendment to ensure swift processing.
Many items did not transfer over during the transition from eAPM to RAP. The majority of this information has been added to each protocol's amendment, however PIs or their proxies will need to complete the following before their next triennial review or additional protocol amendments:

  *   Add substances/procedures/experiments
  *   Answer questions related to breeding (if applicable)
The AWS office will add the following items as the lists are made available:

  *   Animal strains
  *   Locations
  *   Cooperative research
