<p class="MsoNormal">Each of your protocols will have an open amendment. These may be reviewed at your convenience. If all items appear correctly transferred, you may submit the amendment for congruency review and approval. Please refrain from adding amendments
other than administrative changes to the open amendment to ensure swift processing.

<p class="MsoNormal">Many items did not transfer over during the transition from eAPM to RAP. The majority of this information has been added to each protocol’s amendment, however
