All of the Direct Instruction articles in the September 2021 issues of Perspectives on Behavior Science and Behavior Analysis in Practice are now available as open access/downloadable pdfs for 8 weeks. The papers in PoBS review Siegfried “Zig” Engelmann’s achievements as a pioneering scientist, examine the DI research base, and explore how DI's theory of instruction and application are harmonious with behavior analysis. Articles in the BAP special section on DI describe how behavior analysts and teachers can incorporate DI and its essential features into their practice.
