The Guam Department of Education has opened its warehouse doors to offer free textbooks and instructional materials. The warehouse will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., March 26 to 30. Free books and materials include out-of-adoption textbooks and Direct Instruction materials in good condition.

 

This is a sad ending to what was once a strong implementation of DI in 20+ elementary schools.

 

There is a DI Charter school in Guam, and I have reached out to them directly to make them aware of the giveaway.

 

If you know anyone in Guam looking for some materials, let them know about this.
