cpsylist: CPSY Annual Evaluations in Tk20

Hello all,

Here are the timelines and instructions for completing annual evaluations in Tk20:

1.      Students complete their self-eval in TK20 by 5/31 and notify their advisor when completed.

2.      Advisors complete their portion of the eval by 6/7 but do not click "final". Advisors will notify student when the eval is completed and invite the student to view and respond/edit their self-reflection by 6/14. Student will also be invited to schedule a 1:1 meeting with their advisor to discuss the eval.

3.      Student will let advisor know when they've completed their final review (on or before 6/14).

4.      Evaluation will be submitted by advisor on 6/15 (or sooner, if student notifies advisor that step 3 activities have been completed before then).

Navigation instruction for Portfolio for Faculty:

Access your Tk20 account: tk20.uoregon.edu
*       Log in by clicking 'Use My Duck ID' and entering your UO credentials.
*       From the home screen in Tk20, click the 'Portfolios' tab on the left side of the screen.
*       Scroll to the 'CPSY 2021 Annual Evaluation Portfolio' for each of your students.
*       Click on the portfolio.
*       Complete the 'CPSY ARO Enrollment' and 'CPSY Evaluation of Student Competencies'.
*       Save your work!

Basic instructions to students:
*       Access your Tk20 account: tk20.uoregon.edu
*       Log in by clicking 'Use My Duck ID' and entering your UO credentials.
*       From the home screen in Tk20, click the 'Portfolios' tab on the left side of the screen.
*       Click on the 'CPSY 2021 Annual Evaluation Portfolio'.
*       Complete each evaluation and upload required.
*       Save after completing each form.
*       Do not submit your portfolio until you have completed all items.
