Hi Zeni,

I’m reaching out regarding a student’s evaluation for the CPSY program from last year: 2021-2022.  I was working on completing Mary Marchetti’s evaluation for this year (2022-2023) by copying over things I wrote from 2021-2022 that were still applicable, but the system crashed, lost all data I entered for 2022-2023 and, now, when I open the 2021-2022 assessment, it is completely blank, as if I never completed/submitted it.

Today there is a warning at the top of the page that says “Reminder: Do not complete assessments using multiple browser windows or tabs or the browser back button to navigate as these actions may cause data inconsistencies. Complete assessments and navigate the system with only one browser window”, but that warning was not visible yesterday.

Can you please help restore Mary’s 2021-2022 CPSY Evaluation of Student Competencies, which appears under Previous Field Experience Assessments for the time period “fake term”?  I can recreate this year’s, but I have no way of recreating last year’s.
