<b>2021-2022</b>. I was working on completing Mary Marchetti’s evaluation for this year (2022-2023) by copying over things I wrote from 2021-2022 that were still applicable, but the system crashed, lost all data I entered for 2022-2023
<u>and</u>, now, when I open the <b>2021-2022</b> assessment, it is <u>completely blank</u>, as if I never completed/submitted it.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Today there is a warning at the top of the page that says “Reminder: Do not complete assessments using multiple browser windows or tabs or the browser back button to navigate as these actions may cause data
inconsistencies. Complete assessments and navigate the system with only one browser window”, but that warning was
<u>not</u> visible yesterday.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
