Hope you are doing well. You may not remember me. I am Ankita Sahu a graduate of the Prevention Science M.Ed. program in the year 2015. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the counseling Psychology program at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale.

My research team had reached out to your program with a similar request earlier this year and we are continuing our research efforts this Fall. Our research team at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale is conducting a study on graduate trainee’s evaluation of multicultural psychology and social justice advocacy training integration in counseling psychology programs. We are recruiting doctoral students, who are 19 years of age or older, and currently enrolled in an APA accredited Counseling Psychology PhD and/or PsyD program.

We seek your assistance in our research endeavors. Dear Colleague,

Our research team at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale is conducting a study exploring the extent of multicultural and social justice advocacy training integration in APA-accredited Counseling Psychology PhD and PsyD programs. We are recruiting doctoral students, who are 19 years of age or older, currently enrolled in APA accredited counseling psychology PhD and/or PsyD programs. You will be asked to evaluate multicultural psychology and social justice advocacy training integration in your graduate training programs, your levels of satisfaction with said integration, and other measures relevant for this study.

We are recruiting graduate students in counseling psychology programs for this study. Below are the eligibility requirements for this study:

  *   Must be 19 years of age or older to participate.
  *   Currently enrolled in a Counseling Psychology PhD or Counseling Psychology PsyD program.
  *   Program is in the US or US territories.

Eligible participants will complete an anonymous online survey that takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete. You will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win a $15 gift card at the completion of the study. Participation in this survey is voluntary and there are no negative consequences if you do not wish to participate.
