Dear CPSY doctoral students,

Thank you all for engaging in the information gathering process with the ombuds program over the past few weeks. I write today to confirm the plans for the upcoming program-wide feedback meetings and to set a time for us (ombuds program and doctoral students) to meet prior to those meetings.

Student Meeting

We have set a time of Friday, June 3, from 9 am to 10 am Pacific to meet with doctoral students via Zoom. The purpose of this session is to inform students of the themes we plan to share in the program-wide feedback sessions and ensure that students are comfortable with that information being shared and the way in which it will be shared. At this meeting, we will also discuss the input we heard from students about the process/plan for splitting the process and continuing work on these efforts in the fall. Program-Wide Feedback Meetings

We will have two separate Zoom meetings on Tuesday, June 7, and Friday, June 10, to share feedback from our information gathering process with the entire program. The same information will be provided at each session, so attending just one is sufficient (two sessions are scheduled in hopes that all who wish to attend can do so). The meeting goals/agenda will include sharing the feedback information and road-mapping next steps in the process that will continue in fall. Final times/details/Zoom links are forthcoming.
