cpsylist: Exective order on combating Race and Sex Stereotyping

Dear CPSY students and alum,

If you have not already read the federal executive order on combating race and sex stereotyping<https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-combating-race-sex-stereotyping/>, I encourage you to do so. I think it outlines arguments and a rationale that are so important for us to break down and talk about in our doctoral seminars, internship and post-doc seminars, classes, places or work, families, etc. These are arguments to which so many respond to every day and need more allies to help respond to. You all are citizens who can speak personally and professionally to these arguments. Here is to one step in front of the other toward greater allyship, action, and hope... I hope that we'll all take time this week to initiate a conversation about this order.
