Hello Dr. McWhirter,

My name is Samsara Soto, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Akron being advised by Dr. Suzette L. Speight. I am reaching out to ask if you might be willing to help disseminate this request for research participants to anyone who may be interested in participating. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

I am recruiting participants to complete a brief online survey. Any woman who is identifies as Latina can participate in this study and will be provided information about the research before deciding whether they would like to participate. It is estimated that the survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. After completion of the survey, participants will have the option to be entered in a raffle for three $50 gift cards. The purpose of this research study is to better understand objectification experiences of Latinas.
