Dear Potential Research Participants:

We are researchers interested in learning more about your specific experiences with discussing race related events in clinical supervision. We are reaching out to you because as a clinical trainee, you will most likely have had, or have opportunities to engage in cultural conversations with your clinical supervisors during your training.

Because we want to hear about your experiences in your own words, you will be asked to write brief descriptions of your experience. Please be as thorough as possible. Individuals like yourselves, who completed the packet, took an average of approximately 25-30 minutes.

Your participation is completely voluntary and you may skip any question you do not wish to answer. Once you press the submit button at the end of the survey, your responses will be anonymously stored with all the other responses. Your completion of the questionnaire will constitute your informed consent to participate in this study.
