I am reaching out to you to see if you had any students who were still seeking externships in the community. The Center for Community Counseling has had students from your department placed with us in the past and it seems to have been a good match. We currently have openings and would greatly appreciate being on your list of agencies.

CCC has been serving low income citizens of Lane County for over 40 years. We offer therapy to those who would not normally be able to access services due to being uninsured or underinsured. Clients are not diagnosed, but rather work on personal growth goals. Clinicians who best meet CCCs goals are those who can manage an independent client load, offer groups (primarily focused on DBT, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, mindfulness or life transitions).

We are also a great place for recent graduates to accrue additional contact hours towards licensure.
