cpsylist: End of year eval materials

Good morning all-


Regarding student end of year evaluations Danette and I have met with staff regarding use of TK20 for managing student files, records, annual evaluations, and so forth. Please bear with us as we find the most efficient solution for having you complete your end of year evaluations.


Please await final word on the format for your annual review.  For at least the past 2 years we have used a newer form that collects data we need for APA accreditation.  Most of you will remember the form from last year.  We will use the same form, but are working on the best format/portal.  Last year you just filled out an MS word document.


Sorry for the confusion. We are trying to build the most efficient long-term set up for you and us to gather and keep records while attending to immediate demands and needs.
