Hi all,

My husband and I are looking to rent our 3-bedroom house in North Eugene 
this April/May, and wanted to spread the news in case you or anyone you 
know would be interested in renting. We're open to renting to either one 
person/couple/family or several individuals. The home is in a nice, 
family-friendly neighborhood walking distance from Crescent Village and 
Costco, and for those of you with kiddos, is a 5-minute walk from Gilham 
Elementary School. Included are stainless steel appliances, granite 
countertop, a small yard, and coverage of front yard care by the HOA.
