Greetings Student colleagues and welcome back!!

Below is a list of CPSY Friday faculty meeting dates for this year.

As usual, please select your student representatives this year and please plan for the student reps to join our faculty meetings. This is one of many ways we try to enhance communication and hear of student concerns throughout the year.  Representatives are essential for communicating with the whole student body.  As always, when we do not have an Executive meeting, ALL students, not just reps, are invited to CPSY faculty meetings. That is, out meetings are open to the whole CPSY community.

We will meet every other week this year.  We will meet (a little later start time) from 8:45-9:45 on the Friday dates below -  in second floor HEDCO.

Here are the dates:  Note the executive meetings when students do NOT attend the meetings.

2017-18
Fall Term:  6 meetings
Sept 29th              CPSY (followed by combined docsem- in Room 230T)
Oct 13th                CPSY
Oct 27th                CPSY
Nov 10th               CPSY (Tyler Lecture day. Plan to meet and we may adjust)
Dec 1ST                 CPSY

Dec 4-15              CPSY EXEC (Admissions) Be prepared for a 2 hour meeting. Doodle to follow.
                            By end of term, we will discuss whether students might attend some of this longer end-of-term meeting.

Winter term: 6 meetings (and Interview day)
Jan 12th                CPSY
Jan 26th                Interview Day
Feb 2nd                 CPSY (mostly but not all EXEC - Admissions)
Feb 16th               CPSY
March 2rd            CPSY
March 16th          CPSY

March 19-23       CPSY (Site Visit prep, etc.) Be prepared for a 2 hour meeting. Doodle to follow.
                            By end of term, we will discuss whether students might attend some of this longer end-of-term meeting.

Spring term: 6 meetings
April 6th                CPSY
April 20th              CPS
         May 1: Request student eval materials early - by May 1 - given meeting changes
May 4th                 CPSY EXEC (student evaluations)
May 11th               CPSY EXEC (student evaluations)
May 25th               CPSY

June 4-8th             CPSY    Be prepared for a 2 hour meeting. Doodle to follow.
