cpsylist: Portland VA externship

Hi Everyone,

I have greatly enjoyed my time training at the Portland VA. I have 
worked directly with Dr. O'Neil, and she has been an amazing supervisor. 
I have gained great experience with neurological testing and training in 
EBPS for PTSD. I am happy to answer any questions about my experience 
working at the Portland VA and Portland in general.
