Happy Finals Week, CPSY Students:

This is a friendly reminder that all fall externship paperwork is due to me, in my mailbox in HEDCO 2nd floor or 1st floor Dean's office, by Monday, December 11 at 5pm so that I can enter grades.  If I do not have ALL of your paperwork on file by then, you will receive an "Incomplete."  Please be sure that you check prior externship grades.  Some of you still have "Incompletes" because of missing paperwork.  Paperwork includes:


-          Contract is on file

-          Self eval

-          Supervisor's eval of you

-          Your eval of supervisor

-          Summary hours sheet
