cpsylist: new externship opportunities

Dear CPSY students,

Attached are two-three terrific externship opportunities available immediately or this summer that would continue through next year. One externship with 1-2 openings is assessment related, and the other focuses on behavioral health care consultation and would include opportunities to conduct work in Spanish. These positions would be supervised by Dr. Nancy Taylor Kemp, who is an excellent supervisor.
The externship contracts are attached and each includes a more detailed description of responsibilities as well as the required qualifications.

If interested, read the descriptions carefully, check with your advisor, consider your GE responsibilities and schedule for next year, send questions and / or your CV to Dr. Taylor Kemp (contact info within the attachments). If you are interested but not able to begin this spring, it is still important to reach out to Dr. Taylor Kemp so that she is aware of the level of future interest.  Building these opportunities takes time.

These new opportunities are consistent with our program aims to provide more assessment, intervention, consultation, and Spanish language opportunities.
