Dean’s Message

Dear COE Community,
Welcome back for fall term! The excitement is in the air as we gear up for another year of learning and growth. I look forward to seeing many of you at the Dean's welcome lunch tomorrow, followed by the 2025 Reschly Distinguished Lecture.

Dan Reschly Distinguished Lecture

Please join the College of Education for the second annual Dan Reschly Distinguished Lecture. This year's lecture features Alfredo J. CPSY 75th Anniversary Duckfunder Campaign – 75 Donors for 75 years
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the College of Education’s Counseling Psychology (CPSY) program. In honor of this milestone, the program has launched a DuckFunder campaign to support student professional development. Our goal is to engage 75 donors, helping CPSY students access opportunities such as presenting at national conferences, gaining specialized training, and building networks that strengthen their careers. The campaign runs until October 31st.

Duck interns ventured across the globe to work, learn, and prepare for life after college. Our own Ducks Abigail Beckstrand, Communication Disorders and Sciences program; Journey Baldwin, Couples and Family Therapy program; and Thi Mai, Applied Behavior Analysis program, stepped out of the classroom over the summer to gain a new perspective while working to refine future goals.
