coe-staff: CORRECTION: The Weekly Vol. 5 #22

I have a correction to the Weekly Vol. 5 #22.

Commencement will be held on Monday June 17, 2024. UO main ceremony is at 9am at Autzen Stadium. The COE ceremony will be at 1pm on the Knight Library Lawn.
